Burger King in Kaiserslautern

6:10 p.m. to drive-in. 18:45 I then had the meal. Probably still had to be slaughtered :-) Ordered something on the drive again today. This time went very quickly. There was only one car ahead of me. When I got home the surprise: My crispy chicken was without a salad. Just disappointing, this Burger King.

Forget a part of the order every time. Totally unfriendly. Food was cold.

Worst branch I have ever seen !!! 1. 28 minutes at the drive in counter without anyone answering 2. Both burgers ordered without pickles, both were with pickles 3. DOUBLE Steakhouse only had 1 meat pattie on it 4. Everything cold I have no idea how that can hold up !!! Can be happy that I was already at home! Never again !!

Burger rolls were probably from the day before !! Eat cold Onion rings mushy A joke for the prices Ordered for the last time!

A maximum of 2 people can enter the shop at the same time. Separate entrance and exit. Otherwise the car counter is open.

Good and delicious, but could be a little less salted fries.

Delivery said 90 min... 3 hours later we still had not recieved our food. Drive to Burger King to ask about it. They say it's on the way. When I tell them we have ben waiting almost 3 hours they offer to make our food then charge us for it. 3 hours for delivery that I had to pick up from a restaurant 1 km away and still had to pay for it

The burgers and fries were very fresh and tasty. But on the gentlemen's and ladies' toilets there was no soap and no towels to wash your hands properly! That's too bad! Especially since when I asked the employee about it, she gave me a couple of very sloppy napkins from under the counter. We were passing through and just wanted to have a snack. As I said, good food!

On our last visit, the burgers were all totally dry, the seats were dirty, the garbage was piled up. The staff was friendly, but seemed totally overwhelmed - although there were many.

Staff rude and not able to clean the three tables that are there. There were two customers in front of me and it took 17 minutes to get my turn, another 8 to get my food. It is a shame that the operator leaseholders go through the load.

Today Burger King failed. The drive thru line took 15 minutes to get 6 cars through. The order machine was broken. And on top of all that, even after repeating my order back to me, they still got it wrong. I will NEVER go back to this Burger King again.

Long lines, slow service, poor attitude, smelled and looked dirty

The onion rings were made of cardboard, 6 nuggets were missing in the bag, the empty bottle of still water could not / wasn't allowed to return at first, the atmosphere in the shop (or behind the counter) was irritable to soggy ... Only the burger was OK . All in all a bad performance, is not my store. A star because I was still full and because nothing was poisonous.

Bad Education. The fat woman with glasses who served me at the counter was very rude and rude. And for the record, the fat thing is not to offend, it is so you know that I mean her.

I go to Burger King a lot but this is the lame service I have ever experienced. The employees are not trained. They didn't want to take my returnable bottle back even though they sell it. The tables are dirty, nothing is disinfected. There is only one till and one issuing point for long lines. An absolute cheek

Often queues to the door because there are far too few cash registers and because the drive-in is always preferred. Cars that arrive 10 minutes after you are served in front of you. In addition, the staff rarely speaks German. The parking space control is also extremely annoying. What is it to the security guard, what license plate I have ... By far the worst BK I know.

15min waiting time at the drive in. Only had 2 customers before me. Just until you could order outside it took about 5 minutes. That is clearly too long

Today, August 24th, 2020 at 9:25 p.m. at the drive in to place an order. After I was asked on the intercom what I would like to order after a long wait, I passed on the numbers. Since the incompetent lady is apparently blessed with more accent than knowledge of German, she several times did not understand the number, which is why I love it, could have been I was too quiet, said a little louder in the hope that she would understand me. The lady then threatened me directly with the fact that I would not have to scream and otherwise I could leave. After two more stupid sayings on your part, I decided to do it. Was the last time there, anyway never follow the orders.

They don’t wear their masks 😷and they coughed near our food and laughed when we asked them to take there mask on and got angry at us when we keept asking them to do it. If they have corona they can give it to all they serve. We paid 30€ but we had to throw our food away because of this

Have not been there for a long time because we are annoyed every time .... Today definitely the last time! Disinfectant empty, employees were informed several times, nobody was interested. Tables were not cleaned after use before new ones sat on them. And there wasn't even much going on ..... what do they do when there is a rush.

What you'd expect from a BK. Nothing special, nothing negative

This Burger King is most of the time unclean. Floor and bathroom are dirty. The personal are very unfriendly and impatient. Quality of the food is gone.

The food was alright and still, I missed something essential that a good Burger King restaurant offers: A Coca Cola Freestyle beverage dispenser. Their food is so salty, you just have to have second or even third cup of water/soft drink on a blazing hot summer day. Charging for it is not exactly the optimal strategy to attract customers. I am not sure whether I drive another mile for KFC or Subway that offer free refills on soft drinks for sure. Once they implement it, I'll be happy to give it another try dining there.

Everything is fine except this is the slowest service Burger King I have ever visited!

Nothing special. It is nice to feel a bit closer to America. It was clean. The staff were kind.

Tasty like any other Burger King, too. What do you want to expect? The garbage satisfies in some way, even if you regret it every time afterwards. But otherwise is just like everywhere, most unfriendly staff and the citizens with hatred. Nevertheless, it is shoveled. 🙈
